The Fastreact support desk offers extensive technical expertise and product knowledge to help answer your questions and to assist you with specific queries.
Our support procedures ensure that your queries receive prompt support, prioritised according to the severity of the problem and with target fix times for different levels of severity.
In addition, we offer periodic system 'healthchecks' which review your current database and provide feedback on how well Fastreact is used plus suggestions on opportunities for improved utilisation and business benefits. This is a no cost service for all valid maintenance contract holders.
The Fastreact support desk also receives enhancement and modification requests for review. These are assessed on merit and likely benefit to the Fastreact solution. Those approved for development are included in our ongoing development priorities.
New version releases including enhancements and new features are released several times per year. This release process is coordinated and supported through our support team.
