Training & Support Manager, Bangladesh

Job Description

  • Provide product support by email, telephone and web conferencing for Fastreact users in Bangladesh
  • Occasional site visits to Fastreact user's offices and factories in Bangladesh for ongoing training and support 
  • Liaison with our Fastreact Asia support desk by email and phone when additional assistance is required
  • Opportunity for travel in Bangladesh

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Bengali languages
  • Knowledge of garment manufacturing process. Ideally with several years work as a merchandiser/PPC or similar in a garment factory or buying office
  • Computer literate i.e. Windows, Email, Microsoft Office (Microsoft SQL server an advantage)
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as a team

Full training will be given in the Fastreact product by our existing team of Thai and European staff based in Asia.

Employment Conditions

  • Based from home initially until a suitable office has been found
  • Working hours 08.30 - 17.30 Saturday to Thursday (some Fridays/Public Holidays if required)
  • Salary depends on experience and ability
  • Internet connectivity provided
  • A telephone allowance for business calls will be provided
  • Reporting to the Asia Training and Support Manager
